When you email us, we receive your email address and the information included in your message.

For the newsletter, we collect your email address and the consent choices needed for registration.

The server may store technical logs (IP address, date, requests and browsing information) for security purposes.

Messages are processed to respond to your requests on the basis of legitimate interests or pre-contractual measures.

Newsletter emails rely on your consent. Website security and maintenance rely on our legitimate interests.

Only authorised personnel handling club enquiries and services can access the information. The hosting provider may process technical data needed to run the site.

Social network and partner links lead to third-party services governed by their own policies.

Enquiries are kept for the time needed to process and follow up on them; newsletter data until consent is withdrawn; technical logs according to the host’s policy. Exact periods must be confirmed by the association before launch.

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, and object to certain processing. Withdraw consent at any time by emailing civitasesport@outlook.fr.

You can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr) if you believe your rights have not been respected.

We use Umami for optional website audience measurement. The analytics script loads only after you give consent in the consent dialog.

You can decline audience measurement without losing access to the site. Your choice is stored locally and can be changed through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.

To exercise your rights or ask about this measurement, contact civitasesport@outlook.fr.
